Company Usage Policies

An Internet Usage Policy is an agreement between a company and anyone that works for or represents the company that defines what those people can and can’t do with technology even on their own devices on their own time. This is becoming common in all lines of business, but very common in real estate due to the fact that a broker has responsibility for all their agents’ actions for potential Legal, Code of Ethics and Fair Housing violations.  And the Internet, Social Media, and Cyber Security, the potential for this are high. In this video, we will explain what a Usage Policy is and why your company may want to get one.
